AHEPA Toronto 2023 Annual Charity Golf TournamENt

We had a fantastic day, thanks to our golf committee and our volunteers for doing such a great job in making sure everything went smoothly. A special thank you also to all of our golfers who supported us and our major sponsors; our Gold Sponsor DSG Restoration, our Silver Sponsors Dominion Doors and Windows, Canada Auto Parks, Canadian Order of AHEPA and our Bronze Sponsor Comfort Living and all of our individual hole sponsors . Without your tremendous support we would not have had such an amazing day. We greatly appreciate your generosity. Registration and lunch on the patio and being entertained by Niko and Niko with live Greek music including the bouzouki was just the right atmosphere to get the event going. 136 golfers and 14 volunteers made for a full house. The challenging course and hot weather made the golf difficult for most, but the winning foursome of Angelo Karastinos, Tom Perdikis, George Perdikis and Peter Filipopoulos shot a 9 under par 63 to win this year's tournament. The karpouzi and ouzo donated by EuroVintage Wine and Spirits and the paedakia station by Catering by Nikos were a huge hit on the course and after a long 6 hours of golfing the buffet dinner in the air conditioned banquet room was a great relief. The beautiful pictures taken by Vicky one of our volunteers for the event and presented on the big screens during the dinner celebrations can be found at this link
