The Pan Orthodox Tournament started in 1968, and has been held every year through 2019 in the middle of March, regularly involving 60-75 Orthodox teams from Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Ontario, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and other states over the 3-day weekend event.
